Default The major

i've always felt that major lance has been underappreciated in the annals of soul music,no not all of his songs were million sellers but when it came to some good soul singing and songs with a feel then the major was right up there with the best of em during his heyday, his best work on the[okeh]label were written by curtis mayfield[dalila-monkey time-sweet music-um-um-um-um-um-um-rhyrhm-the matador-come see]which was his golden period but the major still made some noise with[stay away from me-girl come on home-without a doubt-forever]in the late sixties-early seventies and his motown visit[now arriving]wasn't bad either,so if any one digs the major like i do give a holla.
