I'm into a lot of bass-heavy rock music like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fishbone, 311, etc. What kind of similar funk groups might I like?

I would consider the Chili Peppers funk. Thats why Dave whatshisname from Janes Addiction didn't work out. JD are rock. Not jacking your post, just sayin

Demon Fuzz

Little known Brit soul/funk/prog/afro-rock outfit only made the one LP, but what an LP (AFREAKA)....What do you think?
