The descriptions really worked here, without which I wouldn't have got some tracks and enjoyed it.
I wouldn't have really listened to "Indian Love Call" for example, but the description definitely made it somewhat listenable.(yeah, country is still so-so for me I'm afraid )

I'm listening to the second one rite one and I'm loving it. Has a really great ambiance. The best compilations I've heard so far in this thread . I do recognize the Brian Eno and Soda Stereo tracks, but the rest, are fairly new names to me.
Most of the tracks were quite enjoyable, and the descriptions just added to it . Even the noisy Beyond The Mountain Qaf was quite good to my ears.(I actually like harsh-noise and weirdly enough, that ranks higher than quite a few others from the compilation. Well, I'm just a weirdo whose a sucker for noisy avant-garde stuff )
You should definitely do more .
