Imagine; Beaucoups Must Ram!
Ever wondered what one more Beatles release after Let It Be would've sounded like? Well wonder no more ![]() Instead of paying attention in a lecture this morning I drew up this album taken from Harrison's 'All Things Must Pass', Lennon's 'Imagine', McCartney's 'Ram' and Ringo's 'Beaucoups Of Blues'. Like Revolver it's made up of ten McCartney or Lennon songs, three George Harrison ones and one Ringo tune. Obviously, given that two of the albums this list is made from were Spector-produced, it's been a bit of a challenge to make it all fit together, but here's my best shot at it... *Side A* 1. Ram On 2. Imagine 3. All Things Must Pass 4. Monkberry Moon Delight 5. Awaiting On You All 6. Crippled Inside 7. Fastest Growing Heartache In the West *Side B* 8. Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey 9. Art Of Dying 10. Give Me Some Truth 11. Back Seat Of My Car 12. Long Haired Lady 13. Ram On (reprise) 14. Oh Yoko! Imagine; Beaucoups Must Ram!.rar Before I finally shut up about this, it's worth mentioning that I didn't use anything from Lennon's 'Plastic Ono Band' or McCartney's solo debut because a) I don't have either of them and b)from what I've heard, those albums don't really sound very Beatlesy. |
