10 Punk Rock Greats

1. Blues Times Two - Avail
-great 90's era hardcore punk from Virginia
2. I Just Want Some Skank - Circle Jerks
-early 80's LA punk with members from both Black Flag and Bad Religion
3. I Will Deny - Dwarves
-no holds bar gutter punk from the bay area
4. No Control - Bad Religion
-uber intelligent, great lyrics, and even some harmony
5. Creatures - Adolescents
-Orange County at it's best...fast and aggressive
6. Sunshine - Screeching Weasel
-real 'pop' punk from Illinois...this is a rendition of of a song that was originally done by Pebbles and Bam-Bam (the Flinestones)
7. Bikeage - Descendents
-some say this is really where 'emo' started....they wish....it does not get much better
8. By The Door - The Crucifucks
-an amazing band from Michigan....their singer has one of the most unique voices i have ever heard....the drummer Steve Shelly went on to drum for Sonic Youth
9. We're Gonna Fight - 7 Seconds
-Reno hardcore at its absolute best...this is the Minor Threat of the west coast
10. Your Shirt - J Church
-one of the greatest band to have ever come out of S.F. just fun catchy tunes....unfortunately the singer Lance died two years ago
