American Beauty is very good, it includes Eels, Elliott Smith, The Who, Gomez etc. And Also Garden State as mentioned previously. Umm, Cruel Intentions soundtrack is very good too! Particularly a tune on there by Kristen Barry called Ordinary Life - check it out, and you have the likes of Bare Jr, Placebo, Skunk Anansie, Fatboy Slim.
Good shout on the OC too! AMAZING soundtrack, i sat through the list and downloaded everything that appealed to me and got into some pretty good bands through it, wikipedia has a list of all the songs included on it but it wont let me put the link here since i have less than 15 posts. |

The soundtrack to the movie Kids had some good artists on it, even if it was only like 4 or 5 individual artists. Slint, Sebadoh, Folk Implosion, Lo-Down, Daniel Johnson. There were a few other artists who didn't appear on the soundtrack, but were featured in the movie like The Beastie Boys, Jeru the Damaja, A Tribe Called Quest, Artifacts, and even John Coltrane.
