I am bumping this, because I think you are all missing out on some fantastic music through a lack of film watching.

Ennio Moriccone is in the top five of film composers without doubt. JOHN BARRY BERNARD HERRMANN JOHN WILLIAMS JAMES HORNER are arguably the best, but not my favourites. |
i am obsessed with every bit of that movie.

The collaboration between ORBITAL & KIRK HAMMETT on the ORBITAL track SATAN is a blast, as is TOM MORELLO & THE PRODIGY on ONE MAN ARMY. If you like this soundtrack, try JUDGEMENT NIGHT. It has similar metal/electronic crossover collaborations. |

Just edit your original post when you remember something, as Urban has a dislike of double posting! Friendly advice! |
It's only when it's done in EVERY thread I get ticked off
|
It annoys me though! I think I have done it a couple of times too.

What's your favorite OST and movie?
i love music but I love movies more. I love them both especially if the embeded song goes well with the movie. One of my favorites is Paul Mc Cartney's "This Never Happened Before" in the recent The Lake House (2006) movie. The song is just perfect for the their on the grass dancing scene...chill!
|
I was never really a big fan of embedded music in a movie's soundtracks but I have to say that both Transformers soundtracks sound AWESOME! You barely hear the embeds in the movie but the score by Steve Jablonsky was absolutely fitting and mind blowing.
Of course, Hans Zimmer is god of all soundtracks. |
*soundtrack composers.
|
Lost Highway comes to mind right now.
|
Garden State or Good Will Hunting.
|
|
Empire Records! Na jk. Garden State and Good Will Hunting have amazing soundtracks, but I have to go with High Fidelity or Last of the Mohican's.
