The 30's blues/vocals whatever you call it style music from Fallout 3 are what game special for me.

Also, StreetFighter 2, Vega's theme is the bomb

I'd have to say my favorite is The Binding of Isaac, followed by Portal 2.

The OST for Heavy Rain is brilliant. Really captures the intensity of the game and each characters score reflects their personality and journey to a tee.

Also, the game itself is incredible. You find yourself really emotionally invested in the story, the character and their fates.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword music is amazing because it is Zelda's Lullaby backwards and makes me think that no other theme could fit the Legend of Zelda better than Zelda's Lullaby. So that for a new theme, they had to reverse Zelda's Lullaby instead of making a new one from scratch.
