The best soundtrack has gotta go to the Original Wicker Man. If you're into folk this is down your street. I also suggest watching the movie, it's 100000x better than the ****ty US remake.

"Across the Universe" is pretty excellent, though I wouldn't want to listen to it if I hadn't seen and loved the film.

Coppola's Dracula movie. The music in that scene where they're chasing Draculas wagon on horseback in the snow = chills every time.
