Lol, I just had to. Though, I didn't feel as bad when I saw a girl crossing it, stopping halfway to pose for the webcam whilst on the phone to someone obviously watching it, lol.

I did Abbey Road, took one of Battersea, and visited the Ziggy Stardust site. Didn't get a photo of the latter as there were lots of people eating and drinking in the way.

Where is it? Isn't ringing any bells. :(

Mate the web is full of people who have not only took a picture of Abbey Road but have arranged their group in such a way as to imitate the album cover as closely as possible. I'm sure you have seen some of these photo's, most people have. I'd want a picture of it i have to admit, from about where you took yours and maybe a little furter back but i'm not gonna go as far as some!

The locals must be sick of it.

Been to london quite a few times but never took any pics so last time i got a lot of the main touristy places, and went to Abbey Road in the day time (this time).

My sister sent me a picture of her walking across it, it was hilarious - she was practically getting run over by a car which was half onto the crossing and the drivers just looked so irritated by the fact they had to keep stopping for these stupid tourist pedestrians walking across it every minute.

I know I'd be sick of it!

Just behind it is a mini junction that gets a lot busier than abbey road itself. I guess anyone who uses that route daily is used to it, at least they don't have to re-paint Abbey Road studios' walls every few weeks.
