An insane as this initially sounded that's actually a pretty good prediction. Cleveland is such a ****ty sports city. One of the worst in America right now. They have nothing going for them in any sport now that LeBron is in Miami. I was happy to see them win tonight, this was basically their championship.

LeBron seems to make a ridiculous percentage of shots from half court. He just makes it look so easy. Also since we are talking about the Heat, I'll say that Chris Bosh is a bum. He is so lucky he was a free agent at the same time as LeBron because there's no way he deserved the maximum contract. He's so soft inside and doesn't protect the rim or play great defense. He'll have a great scoring game every once in awhile but almost every night it seems like I'm seeing something like 5-15 shooting.

Bosh is hit or miss to me as well..im hardly impressed with anything ive seen from him. Whether its lack of focus or ambition he just doent perform to what he's hyped to be.

I mentioned this earlier but to me Derrick Rose is the most exciting to watch this season. Plus he has a teamate named Boozer..how cool is that? Seriously though Rose has my vote for MVP this season. Im a hardcore Kobe fan but I give credit where its due.

Being from Toronto (not a Raptors fan though), I've watched Bosh for years and I have to stick up for him a bit. His play this season isn't even remotely close to how good of a player he is or what he showed with the Raptors. I don't know what it is with Miami, but he was a stud in Toronto with no help around him. I'd go as far as saying he was a top 10 player in the league.

putting up stats on terrible teams hardly makes you a top 10 player. you need results to prove that(playoff success).

Ugh I hate that. You can't be held responsible for what the rest of your team does. It's a team game.

I don't really have a concrete basis for evaluating guys. I always hate the knock on guys for never winning a championship because it is a team game after all. I watch enough sports to be able to form solid opinions of guys. I've watched Bosh more this year than in past years, obviously Heat games are on TV way more than Raptors games. Like last night against the Cavs. How many times did Bosh get the ball right under the hoop and not be able to finish?? He would pumpfake and then get stuffed every time. He's just so bad around the rim this season. His rebounding is way down too, which I don't understand because he's the main rebounder on that team. Heat don't have many big men and I expected his boards to go up if anything. I feel like Bosh has always been a good player but a little over-rated. I always thought the Raptors under achieved when he was in Toronto. They had some brutal seasons and I thought their lineup was better than the records they had. It wasn't great, but good enough to be finishing above 30-40 wins in my opinion. I put some of that on Bosh and that's why I don't think he deserved the max contract and lucked out being grouped with LeBron. He is always left wide open at the elbow and he doesn't seem to be knocking down those shots consistently. He said 2 weeks ago he wanted the ball more in the post, but I haven't been seeing him do great things in the paint and around the rim. He's been getting pushed around down there. I think for the Heat to win the championship or even make it through the 2nd round of the playoffs that Bosh is gonna have to really step up with some big games. Cause he might be facing some tough defenders like Joakim Noah, Dwight Howard/Bass, and of coue best post course KG who is one of the best post defenders ever

He was like a poor-man's KG in Toronto. Not nearly as good in the post, but he's one of the best PFs from mid-range.

I have to think the pressure might be getting to him. Toronto is a solid market for basketball, but nobody in the States gives two ****s about the Raptors. Now he's gone into the spotlight alongside the best two players in the world, where the signings were tabbed as "The Big 3". He's a professional but that's still alot to live up to.

I really don't know why the NBA doesn't contract the Raptors or something. They've whispered about contracting a team or two before. I don't know their attendance or how much revenue they bring in but you are right, I don't think anyone really cares about the Raptors. I can't remember the last time they were on TV and they haven't been competetive in a long time. I think they made the playoffs a few years back in the early 2000s before Vince Carter became disinterested and lazy, but they always under achieve in my opinion. I mean it's the eastern conference, the bottom of it is pathetic. East has the big dogs at the top of the conference, but the bottom actually makes me laugh.

Cavaliers - 15-58
Wizards- - 18-55
Raptors - 20-53
Nets - 23-50
Pistons - 26-47
Bucks - 29-44
Bobcats - 31-42

And the Bobcats are only 1 game out of the playoffs right now lol. The bottom of that conference is just plain garbage.

Right now it's set to be Celtics VS Knicks in the 1st round. Knicks are more than likely going to get the 7 seed and Heat or Celtics will probably get the 2 seed. The 2 seed gets the Knicks, the 3 seed gets the 76ers. I'd probably rather play the 76ers than the Knicks. I wonder if the last few games of the season we'll see Miami or Boston tank on purpose to avoid playing the Knicks 1st round. Just a thought.

It's a mixture of underachieving, bad management, players just not wanting to play here, and bad luck.

I mean the one year they get the top pick, the candidates to go number one are Andrea Bargnani, Tyrus Thomas, Adam Morrison and LaMarcus Aldridge?

They had to massively overpay to get even Turkoglu to come here, and then when he does they catch him faking sickness and going out to bars on game nights. I think the main reason they have such a European flair is because people from America just don't want to play here. It's a running joke up here. "Who did the Raps get in the first round? Ed Davis? Cool. It'll be nice to get the first contract out of him before he bolts."

The fan support is here though. There's a pretty solid following even though they were always just mediocre.

I would be scared of playing the Knicks in the first round. Didn't think I'd ever say that.
