if Howard is smart he will go to OKC...
him or Paul choosing the Knicks would be a mistake. who knows how long Amar'e's knees will hold out and Melo has no idea how to be a two way player. |

davis is a bench player at best.
rondo can't shoot but he can be a solid player with good players around him. they traded robinson to OKC, though he wasn't much of a contributer. I can see allen doing that, especially since this year was among his best ever statistically. still, the celts core is just about done contending for championships. maybe they can this year, but I still think the Heat win this particular series. |
I think the Celts could be contenders for the next 2-3 years. If KG was still in Minnesota, he might be closer to retirement, but I think playing on a perennial contender keeps the career of guys alive. They have some nice young pieces, but guys like Davis are never gonna be more than #3 or 4 options. Celtics still have some time left. As for the Spurs, they had a great year and transformed into a 3 point, fast break team. Duncna is done though. Just watching him this year, you can see how slow he is. He can barely even score on 1 on 1 matchups anymore. He's just got nothin left in the tank. Great career Timmy, time to hang em up and wait for the Hall Of Fame call.
For the Heat - Celts series, I can't believe Rondo is playing. That was a nasty dislocated elbow he got last game, and anytime he is in the game the Heat would be stupid not to pressure his right hand super hard. I don't think he'll be able to do much of anything with the left arm. KG is gonna get more touches and he was great last game. Vintage KG, scoring in the post and nailing his jumpers. Chris Bosh has gotta be a man and step up. |

Also I forgot about that OKC trade when I made my last post. That was an extremely dumb move by Ainge to trade a vital piece like Perkins and not get some decent front court players in return. |

Also, Doc Rivers is a beast. |

Underestimate the Heat at your own risk. I've never seen a team so discounted based on public opinion as the MoHeatos. Doc is an excellent coach, but coaching can only take you so far. |

Boston Celtics - $83,330,756 Miami Heat - $66,949,192 Yes, Doc Rivers is a great coach but the guy whines like girl. If you don't believe then just look for some of his comments against The Lakers during the pre-season and his little internet feud with Artest. |

Also been hearing some Dwight Howard to Lakers rumors. :yikes: Sounds like a package of Odom, Bynum, and maybe something else could get him :yikes: |
