I can appreciate Toews and Kane and love the B-HAWKS but I gotta stand by my Duckies. Go Teemu the 42 year old kid.

That was a wild game! I listened to it on KLAA (on my smartphone with the tune-in radio app, I'm actually in Seattle), I wanna see that "goal" that was ruled no goal and overturned on review, Steve Carroll (the "Voice of the Ducks) was just aghast that it was called a good goal, he didn't see ANY angle that showed the puck crossing the line! He's a *little* bit of a homer but not enough to make me think it was just wishful thinking on his part

I stopped at a friends house to catch the 3rd period, and the Hawks were winning. I left figuring the Ducks couldn't possibly score 2 goals with only a few minutes left. Woke up this morning, turned on the news and see they won in a S.O.

*big ol' forehead smack*

That was blatant homerism indeed. The puck crossed the line before the net came off. That was a goal plain and simple.

The Ducks actually look like a contender, they haven't quit in a game yet this year. The B-HAWKS have a strong lineup and will be competing late into the playoffs though. People jock Toews and Kane, but Hossa and Sharp are equally as deadly when they get it going.

Well, I'm a Canucks fan, I saw the replay on ESPN, I can't see the puck cross the line. Maybe if you know of a better angle than the one on the ESPN recap?

I watched it on the feed and NHL LIVE had it on the tube from about five different angles. You can see it get past Beauchemin and then the mooring comes off. Maybe nhl live has a website? Or nhl.com possibly. It clearly went in and i'm a diehard Ducks fan. Hazy kinda homers out major at times and takes his delusions to task. It was a great 2 pts as the B-HAWKS have been rolling. The Canucks should have taken the cup two years ago, that was their golden chance, as it stands they will make the playoffs, but their goaltending tends to falter in the playoffs, its their enigma year to year.
