Is anyone else surprised that Randy Carlyle has stayed on as head coach of the Leafs?

Surprised is the wrong word for me. I'd describe my reaction as shocked.

Personally I'm glad. Could have hilarious results. Depending on how much they cater to him in terms of players, you might be looking at a McDavid season. Heck maybe now we can snake Gardiner or Kadri off you guys for cheap (who am I kidding we're as incompetent as the leafs)

Well the Oil Kings took a 3-2 series lead last night beating the Winterhawks in Portland. After getting blown off the ice in the first two games they made defensive adjustmens and now Portland must win in Edmonton to force a game 7
