Turkey Germany was another great game. I reckon Holland vs Russia was better than Holland vs France. Turkey I think brought a lot of entertainment to the tournament. Great tourny overall. Unusually good.

I think Germany have been a pretty mediocre side just as they were in the previous World Cup and then the World Cup before that. Though they still somehow managed a final and then a semi-final, and now a final again! Lucky buggers!

Yeah they always manage it. And if it goes to penos, they've got it sewn up!

ha, yeah true enough. Lemon wouldn't fill me with confidence. Wouldn't surprise me if he did end up being the hero though!

There have been so many good games this tournament it is difficult to pick one, but Turkey vs Czech Rep. for me,,,the Turks just showed such tremendous spirit to come back the way they did was something I'll remember for a long time.

Final: Spain 3 - Germany 1

Here's hoping no power failures or other technical difficulties for the final.

The bad part about this game is I heard Michael Ballack and David Villa aren't playing due to injury. If they're true, that is sad, two great players out of the final, shame.
