Well, maybe not a first... Frerotte has been very solid so far, and actually is now a deep threat with Berrian. Maybe a 3rd +...

The Browns don't stand a chance.

Which is weird because they are favourites

Still think the Cleveland D is better than the Denver D... Virtual rookie QB doesn't really help... Though Anderson never made adjustments to the defence anyway...

Well that pass to Braylon Edwards was awesome... Too bad the idiot in Winslow got it called back with OPI

It was a safe gameplan, but his quick decision making and passes were a real standout... So much faster at getting the ball out with a good decision than Anderson was...

True. Quinn looked very good. The browns just always find a way to **** it up at the end though. This team should be 5-4 right now.

Derek Anderson was not the Browns biggest problem, that joke of a Defense is their most obvious hole. Until they can fix that problem (and you know, just in general, not give up 440+ yards passing) Brady Quinn will be no more successful than DA.

Perhaps. While QB obviously isn't the problem, Quinn may still be the better choice. He is actually able to read a defense and has touch and accuracy on the shorter routes. Of course DA can throw the deep ball with the best of them (assuming the pass isn't dropped, BRAYLON!) so it's really up to what you prefer with those two. Though I'd bet Kellen Winslow is loving Quinn at QB, as Anderson never looks his way. On defense Wright is solid but outside of him there's nothing at corner. I feel that our LBs are our biggest problem though. In the 3-4 we are fine on the line, but we can never get a consistent pass rush from the linebackers, and NONE of them can cover anybody for more than a second in pass coverage. Thus, the quarterbacks have all day to pick our secondary apart. Willie McGinnist should probably just quit right now, because he is a disgrace to athletes everywhere. Wimbley's good, but he only has one move. We're decent at MLB but Andre Davis is getting old. I think LB should be our first choice in the draft, because with the way the draft is beginning to shape up, we'll have the pick of the litter. Further, solid CBs can be found in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, as Wright and countless others have demonstrated year in and year out.
