'Sound FX': Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman and San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree clash - NFL Videos

When I'm wrong, I'm wrong, and I said I didn't blame Sherman for what he said, there was obviously a reason for it, but it totally looks like he was being genuine and trying to congratulate Crabtree. Probably just wasn't aware enough of Crabtree's situation to realize that the dude would think he was being an *******.

Honestly, Sherman just reminds me of Adrian Peterson a lot, but more outgoing, obviously. He's the kind of guy who congratulates you for playing well against him, the same way Adrian Peterson shakes a guy's hand when they tackle him.

^ Who sprints away from his teammates celebrating to immediately "congratulate" the losing opponent on a good game with time left on the clock? It reeks of passive-aggressiveness and Sherman simply gloating. This is one of the most basic forms of trash-talk.

Again, sportsmanship itself is subjective and there are no rules against what Sherman did, so I have no issues with people being fine with this, but I just think it's ridiculous to assume what he did was sincere.

When you're a sarcastic arrogant player for your whole career you can't get mad at people who don't take you seriously.

What about it "reeks of passive-aggressiveness"? Surely there's a logic behind this.

It's probably just part of his personality to think about something for a split-second and then act on it.

Sure you can. It's the ones who can't handle it who have the problem. He's right, too, so there's really nothing anyone can say.

Isn't that what all disagreements are, a series of "nuh uhs" and "yuh huhs", only as you get older the amount of bull**** that surrounds the "nuh uh" magnifies, because you have to try and look like you've made progress since you were 9.

Let's try this. I think you're wrong.

Im so done with the Sherman talk.

Broncos will win because they will score more points than Seattle. This is because Denver's O line is better than people think and if you dont pressure manning he will light you up. To me the wild card is turnovers. A few stops of Seattle and no turnovers and Broncos win. There are only 5 games they didn't score more than 30. Seattle only scored over 30 5 times.
