And I heard Dalton got injured. Hopefully that means Nagy will start fields next week.

49ers would be a top 3 team in this league with the kind of talent they have and coaching. Injuries have been a crazy bitch.

Did the rest of the league learn something about D against the Chiefs from last years SB?

1-2, last place, with losses against the Ravens and Chargers!?!?!?!

I don't think that's it. Last year's Super Bowl saw a crippled Chiefs o-line with second stringers start, which was a big part of the problem. They've got a new, revamped o-line now.

But the key problem so far has seemed to be turnovers and in general, a bad defense, and a piss-poor run defense in particular. In the Chargers game, they turned the ball over 4 times. Mahomes is throwing picks, Tyreek is fumbling, it's ridiculous.

The media talking heads are going around saying: "Are the Chiefs in trouble?", "Have they lost their mystique?", etc., and I don't know if that's true. I do know that historically, it's very difficult for a Super Bowl losing team to make it back the next year.

Whatever is going on, I think they'll find a way to get things to start clicking again. Put it this way, if they can't beat the Eagles this weekend, then I'll start to worry.
