I couldn't find up to date data, but here's historical data from 2013. While this infographic clearly shows that being the #1 seed is clearly not a lock, keep in mind that a good chunk of the Super Bowl wins here (that obviously affect the data) were won by #2 seeds who have historically also gotten a bye week, which is no longer the case. How the data will change in the future now that only the #1 seed gets a bye week is unknown, but I imagine it will skew in a direction in which more #1 seeds win (or at least appear in) Super Bowls while less #2 seeds do so.
