Default Jones V Calzaghe

Anyone going to watch this later today? Should be a cracking fight. I have Setanta sports free, so as long as I can stay awake (the fight is about 3 A.M here I think) I will watch it.

A damn good fight, although it should have been stopped. Jones's cut was terrible and put him in real danger.

I tried to stay awake for it. I nearly made it but just couldn't manage it in the end. Shame really - sounds like it was a good one

I'd only have been tuning in on Radio 5 (which would have made for a kinda sleeping-pattern-suicide) like when the Hatton-Mayweather fight was on. And, yeah, that was a proper struggle as well

Fights from the States come in at a wonderful time here. Mid afternoon.
I grabbed this via cable and it cost about $40 aus. Cheap.

Top effort by Calzaghe who if I had even the slightest doubt as to his staus
previously is now officially an all time great in my book.

I am with the retire crowd. Nothing got prove now and at 37 it could be all down hill as the reflex's get a touch less sharp and they don't come back.
