That was with the pull ups, puts way more strain on the elbow, bi cep curls and tri cep lifts arnt so bad. sometimes my back gets ripped too much and i cant get outta bed but thats if im doing 4-5 days in a row of max sets

I agree, I stop right away and take a few days off. the pullin up on the weight for the tri cep workout, pulls the back also and its easy to hurt it easy. ill be, mindful of that my friend

You know when my body is sore from pumping too much iron I find that the best way to heal is eating an entire meat lover's pizza and slamming a Dew.

I just filled in all the data into the spreadsheet and then started to stretch, but wow, I dont think its smart to lift this sore On Day 5 today, but took yesterday off
Im "pumpin" this protein, breaking the fast I have going on now at almost noon. and drinking one every hour as I lift. Ill be more sore tomorrow but it'll be worth it sore muscles and 5-6 shakes is the magical formula |
