Will check out some of these channels.

My favourite used to be Scrooby. But he doesn't do much now. I also watch a lot of Hodge Twins just cos they're so ****ing funny.

All kinds of gainz.

I trained as an athlete for sprinting mainly from a young age so knew the ups and downs pretty well at 15 I had my first back issue by 39 years of age had no choices left. off to Atkinson Morley Hospital for back surgery...told not to eat or drink or smoke...kept waiting until the afternoon so had a cig and was sick..haha told you so but hey soon out to sleep and done the necessary
anesthetic heaven...weeks later discectomy with added pull through was successful so without further a do back swinging on the chandeliers..so to speak of course. So your born with stuff and need to take some extra care but it you have a fit back then warm up really well and go for it....muscles are our support system on the physical spectrum...call me Dr. Di my French Dr. does

not that sore.....
Did a bunch yesterday, back sort of hurts but the crunches I think with the way I did them laying down on my coffee table, made my back feel better.
This dude is motivating, I see his videos in my feed.

Started doing some ab crunches and got sort of high for like 10 seconds.
Might need to run, or at least walk. I found a 3 mile route around here, might do it.
