Five gym sessions weekly with creatine and protein is a consistent routine. Staying hydrated and monitoring overall health are sensible, but supplements like milk thistle or cranberry aren’t proven to protect kidneys or liver.

I got bored of my usual gym routine lately and tried switching over to a high-tempo military-style circuit. Simple bodyweight stuff (pushups, pullups, core, minimal rest) but it absolutely helped to shake up my usual routine, and my lungs were on fire (found a neat structure breakdown here https://betterme.world/articles/military-workout-plan/). Perfect conditioning finisher if you want to test your stamina.

I need to get back to the gym, which I haven’t been able to do because of recovering from a couple of operations and being extremely busy at work. But the workload is supposed to slow down as the weather gets cooler (we’ll see) and I’ve recovered enough from the surgeries that I should be able to get back into an exercise regimen. Good on you for intensifying your routine, mabres, but I’ll have to start out more low key.
