Vacations

Going to be gone for the next few days. I'm going camping near one of those lazy river type deals.

Where do you guys like to go on vacation?

Being landlocked sucks, so going to the beach for a week or two every year is one of the few things I can look forward too, almost better than Christmas. My family usually goes to Emerald Isle, North Carolina (OBX ftw) and more recently Redington Beach on the gulf coast of Florida.

I know the feeling. Texas has one beach that I'm close to: Galveston. It's pretty disgusting and feels like a really big swamp instead of an ocean. I've visited the gulf in Florida a couple of times and it's pretty nice. The Atlantic side is far better though :D

Oh for sure, the waves on the gulf are lame.. when I'm in the water in NC I get the shit kicked out of me.

what do you mean by vacation, a holiday in your own country, or a holiday to a forign country?

I don't go on vacation much.

But I'm pretty sure I could never hate Disney World.

Either works fine...

I've actually never been out of the U.S... not even to Mexico or Canada.
