What the fuck is going on?

Why do FIFA introduce new rules for every World Cup.
All it does is prevent under pressure referees from using common sense and instead end up booking or sending off a player for what amounts to nothing more than an otherwise petty incident.

This World Cup will see ref's issuing cards for using particular swear words.

England will be lucky to finish with 9 outfield players by the final whistle.

Hehe, didn't hear that rule. Maybe because of the whole Zidane incident.

But yeah, that's ridiculous. Sportsmanship is a big part of a good player, but releasing the occasional s*** (in whatever language) never hurt anyone.
