Long Distance Running
Couldn't find a thread. I'm wondering if any of you MB runners out there use any electronics to track things like distance, elevation, times...things like that.
I recently found this app for smartphones called RunKeeper but its a little...green in its approach. I'm looking for something a little more sophisticated, a little more experienced. Any help? |

weight is a major determining factor as it affects oxygen consumption. The muscle's do not actually change types, but they do get bigger or smaller depending on their use.Avoid fattening foods or foods with sugar, focus on things that give you energy and help you focus.

Being forever world's biggest luddite, I go old school. I drive out my rout. Elevation, temperature, even exact time keeping, all seem unnecessary to me, and take away from the actual run itself. I'll time myself maybe once a month, and I just do it with a clock so it's always +/- a minute.
