You don't listen to music? Jesus, alright well I can't keep waiting for people to inspire a conversation about this topic. I'll lead:
Do you listen to music, while running, you wouldn't otherwise? I know I do. Ke$ha is all over the place A few Katy Perry tracks but she's getting stale (for running anyway) Britney Spear's "Keep on dancing" is actually really, really good to run to. DJ Khaled's "All I do it win" which has the best ludacris spot in forever (and the worst rick ross) And to keep controlled, I lead off with Springsteens cover of "Eyes on the Prize." Alright so thats not so different but you know... |

Saying all that though, the thread has got me thinking about what type of music I would listen to if I wanted to listen to music whilst running! |
Sweating? You don't use ear buds?

My advice is to create a playlist that lasts for about an hour of songs with, perhaps a good beat which ought to help you to vary your pace. You won't know, but I think you might speed up or slow down depending on the song you are listening to. |
