yeah Frazier was a great players coach but his game management was very questionable. Also, in regards to Spielman's track record, don't forget his blunder with drafting ponder, or his history in miami.

This offseason I hope we sign a free agent QB like Cutler(we have the cap space easily, we should be capable of landing one) draft a QB with the first pick, and use all remaining picks on defense, with the exception of maybe a new RB. Get a new defensive coordinator and drop the tampa 2 defense
