He was throwing against a man to man defense, he didn't have to read coverages just throw it and hope his receivers make a play. Lets see how he does against a patriots zone scheme where his receivers are going to be double covered. The pats picked off tebow 3 times last time they faced eachother.

He's injury prone because he's a quarterback that holds on to the ball and runs it. Quarterback isn't like other positions where players retain most of their abilities, smaller injuries can effect throwing motion and accuracy dramatically.

Even as a vocal critic of Tebow, I can't label him as injury-prone. You only earn that moniker when you get injured. Timmy hasn't come close to that.

It will be irrelevant what the Broncos offense does next week. There is no way they can survive a shootout with the Patriots, so all their hopes rely on stifling Brady with the pass rush. The max output of the Broncos offense is 20-24 points, so the D will need to bring their A game.

Not wasting his time with football when there are starving children and sad puppies.

Injury prone? The dude's a tank of pure muscle and has never been fazed by anyone. If anything, he's the complete opposite of injury prone. I'd call him almost injury-proof.

Tebow's performance last night was utterly brilliant after the first quarter. His passes were with pinpoint accuracy and landed in the receiver's hands with plenty of open room to get tons of yards. His running was very efficient as well, putting up 50 yards and a great touchdown run. This is the Tebow that Denver needs, not the Tebow that was playing against Kansas City. If Tebow plays like that CONSISTENTLY (key word right there), and the defense is at the top of their game, I do believe that they can beat the New England Patriots. People keep talking about how there's "no way a Bellichick defense will give Tebow open passes like that. Double coverage and zones all over the place dawgggg" are forgetting that Tebow is the best scrambler since Michael Vick, and if Bellichick wants to have double coverage on Thomas, that's just one less man for Tebow to plow as he gets his easy 10 yard runs. Remember the first quarter of that Broncos-Patriots game? The Broncos accumulated an almost double-digit lead almost effortlessly. The point, again, is consistency. Tebow has a habit of being incredible in one quarter and average to horrible in every other quarter. If he can keep up his great play for the entire game, I truly just don't see them losing. He's a master runner, a master at the option, and a developing passer that can clearly get it to open receivers downfield. That is not easy to defend, folks.

The only real history of injuries Tebow's had in his career is breaking a bone in his leg in high school, and he still finished the season not knowing it. I think what Sparky is trying to say thoguh is that the style he plays could lead to injuries down the road. Not sure how many people here watch hockey, but I'd compare it to Taylor Hall. He never had any injuries in junior but he plays a very reckless style that many people thought could lead to injuries at the pro level due to the increased physicality of the competition.

As for Tebow himself, I'm not sold. He needs to at least get over 50% completion... Please Lord, don't smite me.

Ha! Thats awesome.

They may not win a shoot-out with the Pats (who already stuffed them this season) but the Pats defensive line is so terrible they might have a shot. I think Brady is playing too angry to be beaten though. If the offensive is on he's money. Did you see his Gronking the last time they played? Angry.

That was the Steelers time of possession. And there's no way his yards per pass play was 31.6. No way.
