On Neymar's part I've seen people saying he's done it out of greed. Probably true to an extent, but I do genuinely believe him when he says he needs a new challenge. At Barca he's going to be a sideman while Messi is there, which will be the rest of Neymar's peak years. And he's won everything there is to win in Spain already.

Neymar obviously wants to be seen as the best in the world, winning the CL with PSG and maybe the World Cup next year will get him the Ballon d'Or.

I would do the same tbh.

why's everybody on his dick so hard right now? must've had a pretty good game? saw his first goal. he's shown flashes of brilliance all last season but he made a lot of mistakes that were just down to being a relatively inexperienced player on a team of world class veterans. if he can get through that he'll be a hell of a star.

between he and kovacic growing into real top class players and Isco's recent run of form we're due for a Real Madrid side for the record books.

not sure there's many areas they can strengthen.

ronaldo, marcelo, kroos, modric, ramos, navas, and cavajal are all amongst the best in the world at their positions.

bale when healthy is world class. Isco is looking like the next big thing. we've already covered the promising youth. Varane is a fantastic CB as is.

forgot about Casemiro, he's pretty solid when he isn't flopping about.

would say Benzema is as close as they have to a weak link but even he is among the better strikers in the league.

De Gea? To be honest spending for spending's sake is what Real Madrid have always done. Probably break the record goalkeeper fee for the bants. They are the biggest willy wavers going and they will feel like peasants after what PSG have done.
