still stupid and doesnt make sense to me how cities pay hundreds of millions towards new stadiums tho. miami is on the hook for tons of money for that crap marlins park and they have nothin to show but an empty stadium with a horrible team

btw my favorite player matt harvey will miss next yr with tommy john. ummm well at least most guys nowadays come back fine from it but that still really blows. in 2 years tho the mets could have a really stacked pitching staff tho. everyone remember the name noah syndergaard. he is going to be a stud right alongside harvey

i'm not even a mets fan and im still depressed as all hell that harvey needs TJ surgery. he's a class act and is going to be one of the great pitchers in this league over the course of his career

pittsburgh's complete lack of any decent hitters outside cutch, alvarez, and MAYBE marte if you stretch is coming back to haunt them right now. they cant even touch wainwright.

its over at this point after the adams homer

wainwright has been one of the best pitchers in baseball for this decade, no shame in losin to him at home. 2 decent chances i thought but couldnt get a big hit

pirates should be even better next yr with their stacked minors but amazin season

also i know im a mets homer but im a sports fan before anythin else so tryin to be objective but harvey is really really special for his age. hes young but has a very veteran approach on the mound and just has fantasic stuff and spots everything. really hopin he gets healthy and hopefully by then syndergaard and wheeler make big strides next yr

Koji Uehara is ridiculous. The Sox just seem to have the best team, I didn't think that this offseason, but it makes sense. They built a team that's very strong defensively, has a great bullpen and a lineup that gets on base, period. That rotation is solid top to bottom as well, and they have to be the favorites to win the WS.
