You mean exercises that are not done while on your back? I think that's supine position if I remember correctly. Prone is when you're on your stomach.

Have you tried any ab exercises in side plank position?

Dumbbell woodchops. Also, standing, instead of sitting, when permissible while lifting.

Just push forward with chest and it works lower middle and upper abs.

To get sides just take a plate (whatever weight) in your hand and lean as far to one side as you can doing however many reps you feel appropriate. Then switch to other hand/side.

If you have machines however a row machine is imo the best for just targeting your back and leaving all other muscles out of it.

You can put weights in a backpack and wear that **** when doing wide pull ups

This will work as well. Had to use a light weight as it was the last exercise in my workout that day.
