Thanks Rez. I do bent over rows and those rows where you lay yourself out on an incline and do it such ways....

But never did them standing up.

I put the barbell on my weight bench, bend over and lift to the chest for rows. I alternate overhand and underhand grips as they work different parts of your back.
I usually lift 50kg for that exercise.

Has the penny dropped yet?

Wow that completely did go over my head. Don't get me started on those things. Sooo many "custom programs" people pay big money for because they see some photoshopped juiced up fitness model posing as the real life example.

I saw one that was like "Mike weighs 170 but can bench 500. Want to be like mike?" So pay us 50 million installments of everything you have.

Posted this in the 'workout playlist' thread, but I see no reason why it's irrelevant to post here.
This is my workout playlist. When I can't decide which album to listen to whilst doing some weights, this is what I go for.
Feel free to use it yourselves.

Cheers Manky. Might give this a go myself.

Rez are you lifting atm?

You up for a bulking competition? Say, up pics in 1 year (take some today obviously, then some again in 1 year), let the MB guise vote on the winner or something?

Haha yea always lifting. I actually just finished a cut. Went from 205 to 190 and managed to keep most strength. Gonna go to 210 and then cut to 200 now. It was my first real cut with good diet and everything and I am very pleased with results. I feel like I actually look bigger at 190 with less bf than I did at 205 with higher percent.

How long did you cut for? And what's your body fat percentage now? Also how tall are you? If you're under 6ft then 190lbs at anything under 10% body fat and you must be a bit of a tank?

I have only ever cut once and I decided it wasn't for me as I like eating loads. I liked having visible abs but don't like restricting what I eat. I'm not fat by any means though, I have a Wayne Rooney type physique.

I feel like this is a silly question but I will ask it anyways. Protien shakes should be consumed directly after a workout or should I wait like 30 mins then make one?

You can take in protein or amino acids pre- and post-workout, there is no clear-cut answer as to whether before or after is better and a lot of debate surrounds it, because there are pros and cons to both... Having said that though, I weight train but I've never had protein shakes or supplements or anything like that! So I'm no expert.
