Van der Vaart was a huge loss, but they should have more depth then Chile.

Pretty pls.
Nah.

Hart

Johnson
Cahill
Jagielka
Shaw

Gerrard
Chamberlain

Sterling
Barkley
Welbeck

Rooney

Not necessarily the most popular of lineups, but it would work so well.

Or 100/1 with PaddyPower.

That's a decent line up. About the only place I would play Rooney as well, and tell him to stay up top ffs.

Rooney can play anywhere in the front four. I just don't really like Sturridge as a lone man for England. We aren't creative enough. He would be lost against top sides.

I find myself actually rooting for England this time round. Nobody I dislike in the squad.

BBC Sport - World Cup 2014: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain positive over injury

Confirmed ligament injury to The Ox but...

Quote:
Reports suggest he could be out of action for between 10 days and three weeks following scans on the injury.
Tough one. Does anyone know if you have to take a player from the standby list? If not, work your magic Woy and give Fabian Delph a call .

Don't get it twisted, I won't be actively participating in any rooting, I just won't hope they lose like I usually do.

Catch Goofle in an England shirt jumping up and down on the tables of his local singing Vindaloo by the knock out stages.

Beats by Dre Game Before The Game World Cup Advert - YouTube

Beats advert for the World Cup. This advert is quality, loads of nice little touches in it. Paul the octopus

BBC Sport - World Cup 2014: BBC has Stevie Wonder song as theme tune

Very good choice imo.

I want Brasil to win. I want England to crash out so Roy's head will quickly roll. England are dull under his management. Sooner he goes the better and if it takes world cup humiliation, so be it.
