After a slow start, Everton are certainly one of the form teams again in the league and their squad certainly merits a team that belongs in the higher regions of the Premiership. I think it would be hard for most teams to go to Goodison at the moment and get something, so I don`t think City`s result there is exactly a disaster.

On a more serious note, great performance by Everton, in particular Pienaar and Fellaini, both on top form today. It was great to see the reception Donovan got when he was subbed, makes me love this game.

Wigan win, Everton win and Villa win? If so it could be a great weekend all round.
Peinaar is going to be your star performer at 2010, so its just as well he`s on form at the moment.

He is about the only chap who can play soccer. Mokoena is so average and I don't believe he should be in the premier league. Our star stricker, Theko Modise, couldn't hit a barn with the door closed... We won't score a goal in the group stages

Mokoena is the type of player that does the rounds in the Premiership as he never really convinces at any club and Benni McCarthy is he going to be in the squad?

Diiiiiiiiiiiiouuuuuuuuuuufffff

What a start for the lad, took the goal really well. Hope it's not what happened with Macheda bright start and then the momentum stops (through injury) I hope he can go on a run and get a few goals.

United win because of officials in September, they're called cheats. City win because of a penalty that should've been a free kick and a corner that should've been a goal kick, but it's deemed okay? Even though so much fuss was made in September, over a decision which could have benefited either side.

True what Paddy Evra said though..

United have the edge because they know how to win trophies, City are still more concerned with beating United.

Most of their fans haven't contemplated coming to Old Trafford after we've gotten an away goal.

I fully expected a City win tonight.
A one goal deficit with the away goal is the most I wished for.
The party has only just begun.

Bellamy had a great game tonight as did Tevez.
Both did nothing to endear themselves with the neutrals.
Tevez needs to pray City reach the final now, or he'll never live it down.
And Bellamy needs to pray he doesn't bump into any United fans on any of his nights out.
