Not English but the Euro qualifiers are now under way. Scotland play Germany away in ten minutes, massive game, Northern Ireland already won . 2-1 away to Hungary.

Hoping Scotland can get at least a draw here but cannot see it.

4-1 Germany.

HT, Germany 1-0 Scotland. Thomas Mueller.

Germany don't look that solid at the back there's a goal in this for Scotland.

1-1. Anya. Deserved as well, Scotland have matched Germany. World class finish as well considering the time he had and the pressure.

Second half is probably the best I've seen Scotland play in many years. Strachan is doing a great job since taking over from the car-crash Levein era. Referee did us no favours tonight though.

Anya looks a player, and you're right CB, it was a top finish - great pace and composure. Would like to see more of him for sure, will need to start watching Watford games maybe - ha. I reckon we can finish second in this group. Ireland look average, Poland pumped Gibraltor which is indicative of nothing at all - yeah I'm feeling optimistic, which is rare.

Great goal by McGeady tonight for Ireland's winner, though!

I am a really big fan of Danny Welbeck. He is a big game player and I think he will be decent at Arsenal. No idea why he's some sort of scapegoat, he is a bit gangly but he's a tremendous player.

What about Delph though? I went on Twitter before the Swiss match and the hate for Delphy was strong. Just shows how many people don't watch players before making opinions.

I thought Delph did good but only good. He was a bit too hyped in the first ten minutes but it's a double edged sword, if he doesn't make an impression he risks not being picked again, but he really improved after that. His attempted assist in the second half was poor but he should have won a penalty.

He isn't losing his place on the left side of the midfield anyway. Delighted for him.

Oh and Gareth Bale is .

Delph was pretty shit in the first half to be fair. But as you know, I am a big fan and he more than deserved his call up and selection in the team.
