Seeing where they are now just makes me sad. I don't begrudge them their success, but I remember when they had Juande Ramos and the like and started 07/08 I think it was looking like they were going to be relegated and then Redknapp came in.

Villa at the time were going for CL spots (have a look at the table in February 2009). If we had been run a bit better we could be where Spurs are now.

So frustrating.

We have won the league 7 times.

They overtook our major honours haul when they won the League the other year.

Us: 7 x League, 7 x FA Cup, 5 x League Cup, 1 x CL - 20

Them: 5 x League, 7 x FA Cup, 5 x League Cup, 1 x CL, 2 x CWC, 1 x EL - 21

We are two ahead on League wins hence why I don't want Chelsea to get any closer to that.
