Going down;

18. Blackburn
19. Norwich
20. Swansea

I doubt the relegation dogfight's gonna be as tight this season as well.

Replace Spurs with Arsenal I think and I think Stoke (as already seen) will suffer due to the Europa league.

To go down:

Wigan (sorry Bulldog!)
QPR (too much too soon in terms of new finances)
Blackburn.
