Yeah, football rivalry, both Iberian, long history between them as countries.

Maybe there is more to the story. Managers announce they are joining club teams after tournaments all the time. Van Gaal did it at the last World Cup.

I'd have asked the players tbh.

I said never a pen because Portugal just got a penalty and scored.
