I've watched it now probably 30-40 times and my eyes well up a little every time. There's no one more deserving of their moment in the spotlight other than James Conrad. Such a beautiful person.

So, yesterday I went out and played a round with some friends and 2 of us were neck and neck the entire way up to the last couple of holes. The 2nd from the last hole I got par and he got a birdie, so I was one off the top score. It came down to the last hole, my friend had a good drive but missed his putt and would tap in for par, while I had a decent drive and had about a 40 foot putt for a birdie to tie it all up and force a play-off...

Boom sauce! I made a partial Conrad. lol

I forced the play-off but lost after I kicked off a tree on the first play-off hole. My friend parked his drive.

One of the best rounds I've played lately. What a time to be alive.

GK Pro will be out here this week to record a skins match at Dellwood with some touring pro's, like Gavin Rathbun. This is in preparation for the Clash at the Canyons pro tour stop going down this weekend. I have to work while it's gonna be happening and I'm thinking a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong lunch break will be had that day.

Juliana Korver, Kristen Tattar, and Sarah Hokom will be cardmates with my friend Kacie this weekend at The Clash of the Canyons.

I followed them for a bit so you'll see a few glimpses of me, but I peeled off to go watch the FPO feature card after a few holes. I also followed Nikko Locastro for a bit and then after the round got to hang with Philo. It was awesome to have a little chat about the Conrad shot. He was the commentator on that. What an incredible day. I'll be out there again this afternoon.
