Default Bose On-ear or AE2 headphones?

Can't decide between the two, suggestions?

Just no Bose.
Lot of money,. not a lot of sound.
Have a look at AKG's or a nice Beyerdynamic of some sort.
Sony also made some really neat headphones.

Obviously you're a Bose promoter though, so I'd like to say: @($*)!$-%!$)

Best portables I've heard were AKG's too. Bit pricey though (about 125 bucks)
But you'd be fine with a nice set of sennheisers. But please do avoid bose.
Please. It's such crap.

Question remains though: Why are you posting this on a music forum, not on an audio forum?
