Question Want to start making my own music, and completely clueless! Give a hand?

So here's the deal..
Currently I only own an acoustic guitar, yamaha. Fairly nice one. Been playing for a couple of years and I've always been told I have a knack for it and learn fast.

I'm beginning to teach myself to sing and want to take this all a bit further.
Honestly I can't think of a single goal in life that I'd like to achieve other than writing and making music. I mean.. seriously. That's it.

I have a $1200 tax refund coming my way and want to put it toward this.
I want to play piano and begin to be able to record and produce my own music properly.

WTF do I do?? Haha

How could this be best spent to take me as far as it can in getting me the equipment necessary to start becoming an artist?

Also have a ton of fun with rhythm, so.. dunno if that helps with instrument suggestions of w/e

Can't say I didn't get a chuckle, but you two are wildly unhelpful.
Not interested in making money; I'm interested in making music :P
