Default Connecting two multi effects?

Hey guys, I'm in this weird situation: I love the whammy of my old Multi (digitech rp100a) don't ask why, but it doesn't have a pedal, unlike my new Multi (RP90) which has one.
can I connect them so that I'll play the old one's Whammy and use the new one's pedal?

I think it'll work out right if you play at home... you'll need to find the right sound... have you had a go at it? I think it might be somewhat unconfortable to do that in gigs though...
