first off - ALWAYS STRETCH FIRST next all you need is an old newspaper or sales flyer. the bigger the better. lay out the paper flat on a table. then lay your hand flat into the center of the piece of paper then crumple it into a ball using only your fingers. you don't need to do more than 3-4 full sized sheets to feel a burn at which point you should stop for the day. the whole point of the exercise is to increase your hand strength so that you can hold onto your epee while your opponent tries to beat it out of your hand and more or less stab you. so i'm pretty sure it'll provide enough hand strength to play barre chords hehehe ![]() |
