I was influenced by Erkin Koray/Orhan Gencebay to start playing the Turkish Saz.

Erkin Koray was one of the first real Turkish rockstars. He plays sik riffs on electric guitar, and crazy mad riffs on the electric Saz, a bit different to the traditional style.

Orhan Gencebay is a traditional Turkish artist, virtuoso and master of the Saz.

Also Jimmy Page cos I dig his style man.
