Yeah well, that's about the only option at the moment. Still sucks though. Wish I could travel back in time and slap younger me in the face.

I've been playing guitar for a while now, but i have been also learning to play the keyboard. So far it has helped me to learn more about music and even to play the guitar in a different way

Took the frets off of one of my acoustics. The neck is a fragile ass piece of crap (that's why I got it for free), so it can only handle four strings while staying in tune. There's not much I can do about that except for replace it, you can see the crack in the neck up by the neck.

Still love how it plays though. ****ty guitars are the greatest. It's about to get microtonal as ****.

I did that to one of my guitars ages back. I was never happy with the sound though - it sounded very thuddy without the frets, with the open strings way louder. I had some good microtonal fun for about 6 months then got some frets put back in.

Saxophone, clarinet, and bass guitar. Always a nice change from jazzy improv on the winds to grounded, rhythmic work on the bass. The only major downfall is budgeting to keep all the instruments up to speed, but it's worth it.
