I like Gibson personally, with a Fender a close second.

I have to say I'm really starting to enjoy Gretsch guitars. A while ago, I was searching for a scaled-down ES-335, because I love the hollowbody tone and the warmth. But they are simply too fucking huge to drag out. I found a nicely priced Gretsch and it's given me everything I needed. But if it was a close second, I would say Gibson all the way. The Les Paul simply shits on other guitars, and in Silverburst it looks amazing.

For me Gibson's have really deep fretboards. I'd have to say that Gretsch Hollow bodies are my fav.
