I think its just people being pissed at bands they don't listen to making the polls over bands they do listen to. I mean seriously, Nick Drake is probably one of the most influential and important singer/songwriters ever and Belle and Sebastian really doesn't get rated that highly..

It's possible I confused you with Crowe, which isn't too unlikely, since there aren't always a bunch of people with crow in their name on every forum.
