On the whole The Who are a tad overrated. I find it ironic because unlike other classic rock bands, The Who are praised for their poor albums, not their good ones. Tommy and Who's Next are simply awful, but The Who Sell Out was great.

Lol. Radiohead + wank = false.

I dont actually like a Who album. I find Roger Daltry irritating and Pete Townsend ridiculously overrated as a guitarist. Enthwistle and Moon i have a lot of time for but a rythmn section doesnt make a band. I do think i was over-exposed to them as a child, my dad rinsed Who's next and Tommy to the point where my heart sank every time i heard either. Same with Queen, another band i find overrated.

Queen's latter albums left a lot to be desired, thats for sure. For the most part they sounded very samey, middle of the road rock with some pretensions to higher values based on the bands stellar first couple of albums that actually WERE something new, creative and different. I don't care much for latter day Queen, and as for the reunion with a new singer... not my cup of tea at all...

Again, i was brought up on Sheer Heart Attack, Night At The Opera, News of the World etc... i actually have a lot of time for Sheer Heart Attack and Queen II... but to me theres far too much mediocrity.

The Smiths are overrated. I do like them but I only own a best of and have no need to get anything else. Much prefer other 80's bands personally.

Hinder, Saving Able, Good Charolette, Avenged Sevenfold, and any other band that seems to just write ballads. I seriously hate all of em, they could die in a firiery plan crash and it would make my day just that much better.
