New Found Glory gets a vote over here

Linkin Park iz by far overrated az hell. I like some of their songs, but they get way too much attention.

Captain Beefheart - pseudo-intellectual toss
Oasis - dull derivative music, appalling lyrics
Led Zep - dreary rock blowhards
U2 - most nauseating band ever

In a purely indie critics choice i`d like to add My Bloody Valentine to this list. Loveless is one of the biggest piles of toss i`ve ever had the misfortune to listen to.

I think that Abba is pretty overrated: Their songs may be classic, yet I can't to more that about 5 or 6 in a row without realizing that they all sound very much alike.

Also, Linkin Park is another band that's soooo overrated. All of their songs sound the same to me! It's like they have one song that they alter a bit and then play it over and over again....it may be a good song, but it's only one! *GAH*

And yet you were pimping Kevin Shields in the best guitarist thread.
